A stroke does not directly lead to Alzheimer's but stroke-related brain damage and inflammation may contribute to cognitive decline
@@SpeedPharmacology It seems like strokes could be a stepping stone to Alzheimer's or Dementia? I didn't study the brain enough, however do we know what leads up to strokes? I know it's lack of oxygen to the brain.

Could you explain the mechanism of work between echinkcandis and ibrexafungerp? Meanwhile both of them targets beta 1,3 glucan syntase?
Echinocandins and ibrexafungerp both inhibit beta-1,3-glucan synthase, disrupting fungal cell wall synthesis and causing cell death. However, they differ in their chemical structures and administration methods. Echinocandins are large cyclic lipopeptides usually administered intravenously whereas ibrexafungerp is a triterpenoid that can be taken orally
